Providing access to sailing for youth between the ages of 8-14, regardless of their ability to pay.

SKFF: Sail Kids For Free - age 8 to 14 - An Awesome Experience
To From beginner to advanced, we'll be on land and sea, learning seamanship, rigging, and the fine art of sailing! With our fleet of boats that range from 20 Optimist Prams (perfect for the young sailor to learn in!) to sunfish, cat boats, Herreshoff 12-1/2's, an O'Day Widgeon and 3 Friendship Sloops for kids who graduate from SKFF and are ready to experience bigger vessels. Plenty of opportunities for them to advance their skill level on the water. Session 2: June 30-July 3 (4 day session)

Session 7: August 4- August 8

Plans change and spaces do occasionally open up. If your desired session is full we will add you to our waiting list.
We also offer afternoon sessions for a small fee (see below) or we can arrange private lessons and sailing clinics.

MCSC Afternoon Youth Sailing Program - for kids 8-14
Intermediate Youth Sailing 1pm - 4 PM

Has your child already gone through SKFF and wants to come back for another session? Or perhaps they've gained some experience elsewhere? Now that they are comfortable on the water, we invite them back for our Afternoon Youth Sailing Program.
With our fleet of boats that range from 20 Optimist Prams (perfect for the young sailor to learn in!) to sunfish, cat boats, Herreshoff 12-1/2's, an O'Day Widgeon and 3 Friendship Sloops for kids who graduate from SKFF and are ready to experience bigger vessels.
